This house is in excellent condition and is really nice. Well with the newly remodeled kitchen, solid hard wood floor, dishwasher with built in garbage disposal , it's looking really nice. In fact, I wish the house I rented when I first moved to Pittsburgh was this nice. This house also has a back yard. Since I'm a dog lover I have to point out that the back yard is great for a dog, it's really close to Frick Park which is dog heaven.

The house is located in Regent Square & Wilkinsburg. This is just outside Pittsburgh, PA city limits which has some tax benefits. It's also near Edgewood, Swissvale, Point Breeze, and Squirrel Hill. The area is beautiful with many beautiful large trees and brick roads. It is also conveniently located near I-376 so a quick drive downtown is 15 minutes or to Monroeville in just around 15 minutes or so. This makes it easy to travel with being so close to the Monroeville entrance to the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

As I said before, a Pet is allowed, such as a dog or cat. If you have multiple pets then discuss that prior.
